• Extra rate  p/day per extra guest included (up to 10 more)
• Minimum stay: 2 nights, long weekend: 3 nights, on vacation: 5 nights
• Sheets and towels (One set for the entire stay)
• Firewood for barbecues, fireplaces and salamanders
• Manager at disposal.
• Cleaning lady 4 hours a day each morning
• IVA is NOT included
• Reservation conditions:
  
• 50% of the contract to block the date in our Calendar
• Balance to be paid prior to entry.
• Our quotations are valid for 10 days.
